A regional executive for southern West Virginia employed by BB&T Bank, Mori Williams was appointed as the third president in Princeton Baseball Association, Inc. franchise history on January 30, 2008. in his role as President, he will serve as the chief executive of the Association's 20-member Board of Directors. He has been a lifelong baseball fan and grew up as a big fan of Cincinnati's "Big Red Machine." He also developed a passion for Appalachian League Baseball early in his life by attending many games in the Bristol area during his childhood. He received a degree in Finance from Emory & Henry University and has also been active in the Princeton Rotary Club and the Princeton-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce since moving to the Princeton area.

Jim Holland was hired as General Manager at Princeton on November 1, 1991 and remains there to date as the longest-tenured GM in franchise history. During his term, many high-energy promotions have been added and Princeton's only six winning seasons and one league championship (1994) occurred during this time.

It was Holland, in 1992, who originated the idea of the Mercer Cup, a trophy to be awarded annually to the winner of the Princeton-Bluefield regular season series. In 1993, he was named Appalachian League Executive of the Year for that season. He is currently the Corporate Secretary for the Appalachian League and a member of the league's executive committee.

Holland is a native of Dunbar, WV, where he was a two- sport letterman at Dunbar High School. He graduated with a B.A. in Communications from the University of Charleston (WV) in 1980. In 1998, Jim was a recipient of the Princeton Rotary Club's "Service Above Self" award. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors for the Princeton Mercer County Chamber of Commerce.

On November 8, 2005, Holland was named the winner of the Appalachian League Promotional Award for the 2005 season. This was the second time he has won this title as he was also honored with the award in 2002. This honor is given annually to the individual who is determined by a vote of Appalachian League executives to best promote and publicize his team while also having an attractive promotional schedule for his team's games.
