Erik Lis drove in a season-high six runs Saturday night as the Beloit Snappers pounded out 20 hits in a 14-4 victory over the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers at Fox Cities Stadium.

Lis slapped an RBI single in the first, belted a three-run homer in the fourth and added a two-run triple in the fifth. He finished a double shy of the cycle while leading the Snappers (25-18) to their third straight win.

On Friday night, the 22-year-old first baseman/DH went 4-for-4 with a solo homer against Dayton.

Beloit received at least one hit from every batter. Lis, William Luque, Edward Ovalle and Matthew Betsill had three apiece. Juan Portes belted a three-run homer in the first and Eli Tintor slugged a solo blast in the third.

Snappers starter Ryan Mullins (3-6) cruised with the big lead, allowing three runs on five hits over six innings with two walks and seven strikeouts. Armando Gabino yielded one run on three hits over the final three innings and recorded his first save.

The Timber Rattlers (13-30) scored all of their runs via the long ball. Christopher Minaker hit a two-run homer and Adam Moore and Ron Garth added solo jacks. Moore and Michael Saunders had two hits apiece.

Wisconsin starter Paul Fagan (4-12) surrendered season highs of 10 runs on 14 hits in 3 2/3 innings in his shortest outing of the year. Juan Colon gave up three runs while recording fourouts and Roman Martinez yielded a run over the final two frames.
