Arias added to SAL All-Star roster
Catfish right-hander to replace Rome's Vines

Columbus Catfish left-hander Marlon Arias was named to the South Atlantic League Southern Division All-Star team Tuesday, replacing right-hander Chris Vines of the Rome Braves.

Arias has a record of 6-3 with a 4.46 ERA and 77 strikeouts in 68 2/3 innings. Amongst league leaders, he is tied for fourth in wins and ranks fourth in strikeouts.

The SAL All-Star roster now has five Catfish, including manager Travis Barbary, OF Drew Locke, INF Russ Mitchell and RHP Cory Wade.

The 47th Annual South Atlantic League All-Star Game will be played on Tuesday, June 20 at Classic Park in Eastlake, Ohio.

On Monday, the Catfish won the opener of a four-game series in Savannah. After playing the Sand Gnats, Columbus will travel to Rome for three games with the Braves.
